Selling At Guestroom— Holiday Season Update
Thank you for your interest in selling records at Guestroom! We love buying used records—putting dollars in your hand and finding new homes for cherished LPs.
The holiday shopping period, however, is VERY BUSY. We see an almost 50% increase in shoppers, process a huge amount of inventory for the season, and do so in a limited space. Handling large used buys can really slow us down and decrease floor space for customers, so we have implemented a limited buying policy from December 15th until January 8th.
Limited Holiday Season Buying Policy
Per our usual policy, all used buys must be dropped off. This allows us to go through your collection away from hel
No more than one crate of records (approximately 45-50 LPs). Larger collections can only be brought in one crate at a time over this three-week period. We are pausing on buying CDs and Cassettes.
Please plan for slightly longer turn-around times – it may take up to 3 days to process your used buy.
Please respond to the offer as soon as possible and no longer than 3 days. If you pass, your property must be picked up no longer than one week after the offer was made.
To sum up:
One Crate or less. 3 days for us. 3 days for you.
Per usual, any items left longer than 30 days become the property of Guestroom Records and will be donated in your name to a local charity.
